In-person community consultation sessions were available between 22 August - 18 September across all 12 local council areas within South East Queensland.
Please note, in-person consultation sessions have now closed.
These sessions ranged between two and four hours and were designed to be of a drop in nature, encouraging quick one-on-one discussions to help answer community queries, rather than providing a formal presentation. The sessions provided an opportunity for community members to:
- Learn more about the draft ShapingSEQ 2023 Update and SEQ Infrastructure Supplement (SEQIS).
- Speak directly to a planner about what the regional plan means for your property.
- Speak directly with department staff to discuss general enquiries and the changes within the draft ShapingSEQ 2023 Update.
- Post a written comment on our visioner board to share your thoughts on the draft ShapingSEQ 2023 Update
